Through out Victoria's life, she was always known as 'that girl', occasionally 'Tori' by the few friends she could make that would never stay. But, she was unaffected by it. People say stupid things sometimes, why should their opinion bother her? She had two loving parents at home, her dog best friend, Bruce, at home to always cheer her back up, her thousands of books she had stacked in her room, and her rather different music genre. She had everything she could ever want... that is, until an accident happens that turns her whole life upside down.
Forced to move in with one of her mothers friends in a different state, she has to try and make a new start... but how do you do that when the past keeps haunting your present and future?

We've all heard about 'the main character'. The type of person who lives through the most dramatic and improbable situations, and finds the kind of epic romance you only see in works of fiction. Which makes you think about how unrealistic love like that is. I used to think the same thing until I met him. Until I met 'the bad boy' that, as it turns out, wasn't that bad at all, just simply...a boy. Ever have the feeling that something is not quite right, but you just can't put your finger on it? I do, I can hear the voice that tries desperately to influence my movements and tries to destroy any shred of sanity I can keep my hands on. My life always was weird from the vague memories I can recall from my childhood, but there is always something that makes me stop trying to remember. I've learned the hard way how cruel and despicable people can be. Life is complicated enough, but then people just always have to make it that much harder. ----------- Tori didn't have an easy start to life. She knew very little other than isolation and few emotions she chooses to acknowledge if she doesn't have to. Her life was turned upside down at the young age of twelve, throwing her into a tailspin unlike she had ever experienced.
