That is when Noah first saw her , ROXY ROSEMARY , in his new school , LA PUBLIC SCHOOL , . Noah had set his mind on blending in with the crowd, making no friends and staying away from everyone especially her because she was nothing but trouble. But destiny has different plans for them and bought them together.
