The only difference between heros and villians is presentation

This world, is a world of powers,
it has been for as long as anyone could remember, everyone was born with powers, some litte, some huge.
But with powers, came villains
People who realized they could use there strong powers to get anything they wanted.
And when normal cops couldn't take these people, heros started to show up,
People with equally strong powers fighting against these villians.

Jeremy heere wanted to be a hero, not only a hero, but a popular, strong one.
And he had a good chance too.
Waterpowers, ability to control all water around them, even the moisture in the air.
But he couldnt wait till college to start training to be a hero.
So he took advice from a fellow student, and talked to a man named "S"
Who refused to share his real name.
Obviously it was Shady, but Jeremy was dispirit.

S, or the squip, wanted a new recruit for his "organization".
Someone with strong powers, and easy to bend over to the 'other side'.
Jeremy though, was found to only have one of these things.
Refusing to give up his dream of becoming a hero.

The squip had a plan to kidnap Jeremy, when good fortune came his way.

Running out of a burning house into the
