What they don't know is that this is not just any digging they had done before, in this adventure they will encounter an old enemy as he is resurrected once again from the dead, who also want the bracelet, only Imhotep wants it to destroy the entire world once again. There is a catch... Sophie and Rick's child, Alex puts the bracelet on putting himself in a situation where he is kidnap by the High Priest Imhotep. Sophie and Rick will have to put their life at risk to save their beloved child and the world once again. He tells her repeatedly to leave and never return but she's bound by the job she's been paid to do. Soon enough things get worse.
