Hermann, a librarian, is more or less friends with Newton, the owner of the tattoo parlor across the street, who also works there full time. Every day it's the same question: "Do you have any manga?", and every day it's the same "No, we don't."
He doesn't know that the reason Newton keeps showing is that he has a crush on him...
However, they don't even know that they're soulmates until they go out to lunch one day.
