My name WAS Ash Ketchum.... Almost everybody I had known and cared for turned their backs on me leading me to run away. I had ran towards MT.Silver, The harshest mountain and environment on earth. I trained day and night for many years protecting and saving Pokemon from evil while training a Young Boy in red at the same time. Now, 7 Years later I must return to face an evil deep inside the Foundation of the legends of the Earths Guardians as well as proving my innocence.
From this day forward... I won't be known as Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town...
But I will be known as the.... Master Of MT Silver...

Ash takes on his first journey through Kalos stronger than ever before aiming to be the top! Serena, a performer that has had feelings for Ash ever since they met at summer camp in Pallet Town a long time ago, reunites with him and helps him take in a crisis in Lumiose City that involves mind controlled Pokemon. Now having to try and get Ash to be himself to be ready for the Kalos League causes her emotional pain and sometimes even physical. Ash has to find himself during his journey in order to be able to take on everything in his way, from his best friend Calem to his Arch Rival Damian... To even his own father. Half Ash and half Alain in the character of Ash Ketchum, there will be a good combination between battle styles and a good amount of combinations between overall personality and maturity. Our Promise, Our Future
After winning the Kalos League and keeping their promise, Ash and Serena continue their journey together. From new regions, to new Pokemon, to new battles and new experiences. Whatever lies ahead, they don't know, but they will face it together. This is a sequel to my Our Promise one-shot (which you can read if you'd like for some extra exposition but it's not required). I kept looking over it and I saw more potential in it, but instead of going back to that story, I decided to keep it a one-shot and make the sequel a multi-chapter story. I don't know how many chapters I'll write, but I'll try to make it long enough to be considered a good read.
