This is an in-depth story of what really happens in a call centre and in a life of a person who works in it. In India, although most of the population is working in call centres, it is looked down upon. I am not in touch with any of my previous friends. However, whenever I receive a message from anyone saying what do you do now and when I say I work in a call centre, I am asked why. In the most recent conversation, I got a reply which said 'Oh' . It offended me. It was also kind of funny at the same time. The single word 'Oh' has inspired me to write this.
