Gale Valley, Texas has become a tourist spot because of the weather; Snow storms in the heat of summer; blistering hot days in the dead of winter; tornadoes out of season and storms that seemingly come and go on a whim. And in the center of it all is Noah Parke, a boy born with his emotional state tied to the weather. But he, of all people, knows how much these powers can be a blessing... and a curse.
