The fourth oldest son known as Ichimatsu Matsuno had feelings for his younger brother: Jyushimatsu Matsuno. Ichimatsu one day wanted to confess his feelings but a tragedy happened.

Jyushimatsu was with Osomatsu. Kissing. They both was happy.

As days went by, Todomatsu had a crush on Ichimatsu. Which, Ichimatsu didn't know. Todomatsu did his best to be beside him no matter what but an shocking event between him and Ichimatsu friendship go down.

There seems to be conflict between the older trio: Osomatsu, Karamatsu and Choromatsu. Things are going rough with them too.
