Hundreds of years have past after the 'Hetaoni Mansion Incident' occurred, with almost everyone managing to escape alive thanks to Arthur's magic and Feliciano's sacrifice. Things can't just stay happily ever after however; as Englands dark magic seal breaks, releasing the mansions demons along with a warped version of Italy calling himself 'Luciano.'
The demons are multiplying and their leader 'Luciano' won't stop until every last drop of human blood has been spilt. Warped as he is, the immortal who shares your dreams claims to know you and everything the others are hiding from you. In exchange for this knowledge, his only request is that you join his side. Abandoning every thing you've ever known, even if it's all lies.
