It is now 2019 and their headquarters have grown stronger in Battery City, California. A place where everyone is on happy pills. They feel no emotion and cannot express themselves, and anyone who disobeys the rules will be exterminated by Korse the S/C/A/R/E/C/R/O/W unit and his Draculoids. But, there are a group of rebels, who call themselves the Killjoys, led by Party Poison, who would rather have a hard life in the desert zones than an easy one while being brainwashed.
