Ok description time. 4 children are murdered (wow totally a great start) inside of pizzeria meant for young countries to go while their parents, and other older countries went to a meeting with UN.(When they got of age they would start going to the meetings).Creepy animatronics and all.Taiwan worked there and was in charge of the animatronics ; they had blank faces.They lost the plain white in their face and painted on the flags of the children he hated the most ; they just annoyed him.A LOT.That it ran him to the point of murder. Kids Taiwan hated for no fuccing reason --------------------- Poland Mexico Russia America Taiwan's excuses for murder --------------- It was horrible being around them -Poland always asked him if was having a good day ... everyday, it was sickening. -Mexico just had an unreasonable amount of energy. I swear to Pangea he is from somewhere else. -And Russia and America obviously had feelings for each other.Disgusting.They knew their dads would kill them if they found.America was always holding on to Russia's arm clinging close. Adlet Blacksteel is the newest edition to the E.H.P.D., his skills and experience as a hostage extractor makes him an invaluable edition. Joined by his new partner, Jenna Jones, he pursues a secretive manhunt for the Soldiers Of The New World, an underground E.H. crime organization that has a hand in all that is illegal, and their mysterious leader: String, who, seemingly, has eyes and ears everywhere. While Adlet and Jenna intend on doing this by the books, their unsavory past with two of String's captains may muddy their judgement, or, more accurately, it already has. As String's ambitions grow beyond just controlling the city's underbelly Adlet and Jenna are forced to take action with an ally he did not desire. She is an orphan and grew up in a Home for Magical Children on Mage Island, floating in the middle of the Pacific. Under constant watch and scrutiny from the Guild, Claire now finds herself working side by side with a Black, the very family that was breed to become mage assassins, killing thousands of her people. The fact that the Black is also a handsome man does not help Claire's case at all. Raven has nothing to do with his family and yet is hostile to Claire upon finding out she's a mage. He worked as a detective to make sure everyone had equal justice but when he got his new partner Claire his world is thrown upside down. Not only is she a mage whom he silently despises but she's also the most beautiful woman he's ever laid eyes on. As they work together and find a rocky truce between themselves they travel the city solving crimes with a magical association. Raven accepts Claire without cause while Claire lays her life down for the man who stole her heart. As they fall for one another a dark figure lerks in the shadows, plotting something sinister for our mage Claire. Could this dark figure perhaps have something to do with Claire's unclear past? Can Raven, a Black, somehow save this woman before she's taken from him forever?Complete
