Bloom has just started her school year at Alfea when she is told by headmistress Faragonda that she has been expelled for a whole year. The evil trixs set Bloom up by making everyone believe that she was the cause of a "prank" that damaged Alfea. But not wanting to go back to earth her friends come up with the idea for Bloom to be enrolled into a nearby school so that the friends could stay together.
But there is one problem the two nearby schools are Cloud Tower, a school for witches and Red Fountain, an all-boys school. Not wanting to go to the same school with the witches that got her expelled, her friends help her disguise as a boy and be enrolled in Red Fountain.
But who knew that being a specialist was harder than what they thought.
