"It was created years before the founding of Hogwarts- but when it came to light, the founders themselves accepted it as true. Some say Helga Hufflepuff blessed it herself. It's simple, really. In a time of chaos, the four heirs shall reunite.

But why should you be skeptical, Harry? You yourself accepted Dumbledore's prophecy in a heartbeat. Now it's time to see the truth. The real prophecy isn't what that fraud Trelawney made up. The real one is sitting right here, in your hands."

The summer after fifth year brings a pain like Harry never knew. He's drowning in his guilt, with no one to save him.

When an owl in regards to his parents' and Sirius's will comes to light, Harry begins to question his trust and faith. Is everyone really as they seem?

With a new prophecy in motion, Harry begins to see differently. Perhaps not everything is black and white. Rather, there are shades of gray that define us all.

Now, in the height of chaos, the pressure is on Harry to make the right decisions, on his trust and everything else.

The fate of the wizarding world rests upon his shoulders.

A.N. This is based on PhoenixBurst's Harry Potter and the Spiritual Heirs. It's an amazing fan fiction that I encourage all to read!

Fear strikes the hearts. Doubt enters the minds and trust is the one thing they need but can't find. Harry hears voices. A voice coming from the walls, whispering words that shouldn't be spoken. Something has been set loose. Something that should've never entered the grounds in the first place. Something that shouldn't even exist. People get suspicious. Is Harry to blame? Artemis wants to help him clear his name, but she soon finds her mind preoccupied with her own problems. Old doubts have resurfaced after her family gets torn apart. Parts of her history are revealed. Everyone has been lying to her and Artemis starts doubting everything she knew until now. Because being yourself is hard when you don't know who you are. The dream was the beginning. The mark was the clue. And the woman in the mirror was the answer. ~~~ The woman in the mirror is the second book in the Artemis Lupin series. Read 'The girl with golden hair' first. She was used to investigating mysteries on her own. People were untrustworthy. They lied. They tried to change the past. But the past couldn't be changed. Her own past was complicated. Especially because she wasn't the one hiding it, it was kept from her. For a good reason, they thought. The dream was her only lead. The only way to figure it all out. The dream was simply the end of a curse and the beginning of a nightmare. Because some secrets are better kept secret. The web of lies and deceit only got more complicated. Familymembers talked out of turn. The wise man was far too interested and the dark saw the truth in her eyes. Because her dream was simply the story. The story of betrayal, friendship but mostly death. But the thing that could ruin it all, was the very thing they couldn't change. It was the only truth in the past of lies. [BOOK 1] ❝ I love you both so much! Please, be strong. See you soon. ❞ These were the last words Lily Potter spoke to her twin children the night she was murdered. Harry and Esmerelda Potter are twins, separated after the tragic incident as young children, not entirely knowing that the other one exists. Harry was sent to live with his aunt and uncle and cousin, while Esmerelda was found by an elderly woman, who raised her after the dark wizard Voldemort brutally murdered their parents. After Esmerelda's guardian passed away, none other than Nymphadora Tonks adopted her the summer before she turned eleven. When each one of the twins receives a letter that changes their lives, they reunite and promise to never let each other go again. After they get to Hogwarts, friendships and enemies establish, and mysteries emerge from the surface, including one about a powerful stone and a previously forgotten dark legacy. Harry and Esmerelda battle a troll, play a sport on flying broomsticks, attempt to understand the case of a missing wand, and uncover a secret about the stolen stone! These are only the beginning of their adventures... Most characters begin to J.K. Rowling, except Esmerelda Potter and Addy Pennison. These events are based on the book "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's (Philosopher's) Stone." I will also tell these stories sometimes based on the movies and other times based on the books. Some scenes I have also made up for your own pleasure. Happy Reading! :)
