*NOT FINISHED* Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry have undertaken a new Hogwarts Professor. His name is Gordon Ramsay, who was believed to be a muggle chef. However, he is more than what Hogwarts sees. The reason Hogwarts has never heard of Gordon is because he originally went to the Durmstrang school of witchcraft and wizardry, and therefore was not in the school's records. What happens, though, when young eleven-year-old Harry Potter meets his new potions professor?
(Yes, I know the timeline doesn't match up, with Harry Potter in the '90's and Gordon in the 2000's, but DEAL WITH IT)

The space between us disappeared. "Scared of what he'll say?" His hot breath was vexing, in both agony and tone. My eyes narrowed at his assumptions that I cared enough. "Aren't you scared of what I'll do?" My eyes casted down to the wand he didn't see slide up. It was pointed at the firm hand on my throat. "You've always underestimated me, Malfoy."
