(A/N)Hey guys. Marcus here. While I'm not going to publish the book I'm writing in real life here, I still wanted on my page to put something for you all to enjoy. Keep in mind that while I have written before, I've never publicly posted any of my stories. So please, no hateful or rude comments to this. Or to anyone for that matter. I hope you guys enjoy.
It's been two years since the attack by the Octolings. The inklings were flung into an all out war against them. Thanks to the Squidbeak Splatoon, inklings prevailed. Since then, Inkopolis has severely increased its technology and government. A police force took place of the now forgotten agency. Turf Wars we're now only seen as cheap sport. Most kids were aggravated by this. However, that didn't bother one kid. Shadow. He cared about one thing only. Being the best. But that all changes when he finds himself in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Heyo! This is my first Splatoon fanfic here, so I hope it's not too cringy. A bit of swearing (maybe), but overall, pretty friendly (I hope). I'd say 10+ for ages. And none of the photos or characters that are in the book belong to me, unless I say so. Anyway, on to the description. (Cover is credited to @ThatSaltyMango) Startled and afraid, (Female) Agent 8 fights for her freedom against (Male) Agent 3 after abandoning her squadron that was supposed to lead the getaway to Octo Canyon. Out of nowhere, they're both suddenly knocked unconscious and wake up in a dark lab, about to be sanitized. Will they escape? Find out. Edit of Feb 14, 2023 This book is DISCONTINUED. It was taken down around 2019? 2020 due to friends and family finding it. I will now be posting everything unedited and unfinished for the sake of not feeling bad about the "talent" that middle school me felt when writing this. I wrote this because I couldn't find a good Splatoon 2 fanfic and decided I'd do it myself, I still use that kind of motivation to write things like music now 💀 Eyyy, so i was playing Squid Splat earlier and felt inspired! Reader is female in this book! (Sorry to you guys...i might make a gender bend? Idk) THIS IS A STORY! YES A STORY!! Yaaay!~ Anyway uh Y/n = Your name Blah blah blah... Y/n isn't like most inklings. She can still turf and fight and do what most inklings do, but what makes her stand out is her colors. Her colors aren't like other inklings you see in Inkopolis. Like Marie and Pearl. Her hair color is white and changes color depending on what she wants and almost always changes her hair style. She also changes eye color constantly. So sometimes no one even recognizes her. She heard of rumors of the old subway station and she's seen another inkling who's told her that he's an agent...agent 4, near what seems to be a sewer? What happens when she wanders into both paths and ends up in deeper ink than she intended to? Read the book to find out duh.... XDLengkap

14 years with peace and quiet; 14 years with no major disturbances; 14 years of Petra being dead, Pearl grieving and the agents of the Squidbeak Splatoon dealing with minor issues. Not to mention Cora (Agent 3) and Tobias (Agent 8) starting a family, Lance and Marie getting married and so much more. 14 years of peace... Isn't that a little too long for our main characters? I think our main villain would agree with that. So what would happen if a familiar member of the huge, confusing family, reappears but as a villain, 3 people already having known about them being alive? (Theoretically) What would happen when people are kidnapped, experimented on, turned evil against their will and forced to fight their families? What if... They couldn't save those who they dearly loved, and had to watch them die? The agents would say that it's nothing new, but within the chaos of this new villain, they would all realise that this fight would be something new. This adventure was going to be different to anything else they have done in their lifetime. This adventure was going to change all of their lives, PERMANENTLY.
