2016©| Childhood memories crowed my mind when I saw her smile or trying to remember the handshake from our childhood that I never forgot. She doesn't know I remember but if acting as if I don't will keep her around longer then I don't. We could spend hours together talking about nothing or just seamlessly listening to her talk about herself. I was never listening but her voice soothed my very being. She knew me like the back of her hand and I liked it like that. She left for a summer to visit her folks and I made a one mistake. One night. One Time. Ruined my life. Everything shattered.
