She kept running, her eyes scanning her surroundings. She was beginning to lose hope until a shield came soaring out of the sky knocking over one of the metal robots that was grabbing for her. She looked in the direction of where it had cut through the sky, eyes meeting with her dark haired savior. He gave her his infamous stare; one which still held so much intense mystery behind it. She smiled at him before raising her eyebrows in challenge.
"I told you to be careful doll" he spoke, his voice not wavering once, masking how much he had been worrying just previous moments ago.
"you know I never listen Bucky" she smirked. "especially to you"
"one day you're gonna wish you had" He replied before joining the rest of the team in fighting. Not being able to help how his eyes kept checking on her throughout, making sure she was okay.
