This is the sequil to The Dark Clinic.  The Sakamaki's decited to continue to help Sam at their house, while hiding her from the Mukami's  Every day, Sam is changing more into a vampire, and it's getting mor difficult to adapt to. She stays with the Sakamaki's for as long as she can, with the help of Reji's two kids, she continues to fight turning into a vampire.  But is it the type of vampire that they know of?  The Sakamaki's gets nervous when Sam starts craving their blood, and bites them instead. The situation  gets to the point where the Sakamaki's calls the Mukami's for their help.  Not only their helping figure out what to do with Sam, the Sakamaki's find out about another type of vampire called Bats.   Now their problem is getting even more bigger. Not only do they have to deal with Sam, they got to fight a whole new group of Bats, that are forming.  How will they take care of the situation?
