~~Warning: Kind Of A Slow Burn~~
Ambrosia was surprised to see the old wizard in the forest that day. His lips were turned up in a friendly smile as he asked her to join him for what soon would be a journey turned legend by time.
She accepted, though she and Gandalf both knew that in time, she would be cast out- as an enemy.
But, that time could come much sooner than she thought.
Will Ambrosia be able to keep her past a secret, and protect the company from the people that wish to expose her?
Or Will she lose it all on one, fateful night?

🥇#1 in Thorin 4/10/2024 The reader joins the company on the quest to reclaim the dwarven homeland of Erebor. It becomes much more problematic than your usual adventure wherein the reader is a skin changer with alpha blood that allows her to shift into any creature; all she has to do is merely look at the animal she wants to turn into. How will Thorin behave when he discovers his one in the powerful skin changer? He says he'll wait till the quest is over but can he make it that long? For the reader, it's a whole new journey in more ways than one. Neither parties want to give up their mate as they are only blessed with just one in a lifetime. Dawn (A Hobbit Fanfic)
Princess-general Kahlahari of Mirkwood had always had a knack for getting herself into all sorts trouble. Her father, sadly a rather short tempered Elf, has had enough of it and banished her from his kingdom. Kahlahari spends the next two decades hunting in Bree, where she meets Gandalf. He recruits her to be his apprentice, but that doesn't work out either. After fifty years and a fancy (since revoked) title, she finds herself back in Bree, under a new name and a human disguise. She meets Gandalf yet again, who tells her of an all too familiar Dwarven kingdom in need of reclaiming. Kahlahari soon finds herself amongst thirteen Dwarves, a Hobbit and a Wizard and sets out on a journey that would forever change her life. -~- #1 in "lotr" on Sept 6 2020. #1 in "the Hobbit" on Aug 21 2021.Complete

Shadow of Mirkwood
In the heart of the cursed Mirkwood Forest, Legolas, the prince of the woodland realm, is haunted by an inexplicable feeling of being watched. Unbeknownst to him, his every move is shadowed by a female elf (I am not going to reveal the name), the enigmatic and fiercely skilled general of the Mirkwood army, who has vowed to protect her prince and her king - Thranduil. Legolas, however, remains unaware of her presence. Every midnight, she cloaks herself in secrecy and ventures out to meet him, masking her identity. Under the cover of darkness, she observes him carefully. Amidst the looming threats of darkness creeping into Mirkwood, the unlikely bond between Legolas and the general becomes both a source of strength and vulnerability. When news of the One Ring's existence and its devastating power reaches the woodland realm, Legolas, along with a fellowship of brave companions, embarks on a perilous quest to destroy the Ring and save Middle-earth from the clutches of darkness. In a tale of hidden identities, midnight meetings, and unspoken emotions, "Shadows of Mirkwood" explores the profound connection between two souls destined to protect their realm and, in the process, find solace in each other's arms. Homeward Bound Part One: An Unexpected Journey
Bilba Baggins couldn't be happier. She's embraced her Baggins' half and has placated her Took half with a short trip to Bree (the most adventure she ever wishes to have). In addition, she is convinced Fram Harfoot, the most eligible bachelor in all of Hobbiton, will soon declare his eternal love for her - particularly after he sees the dinner she's prepared for him. When the knock sounds on her door she just knows it heralds the first day of the rest of her life as a respectable, and entirely proper, Hobbit. Instead of her Happily Ever After, however, Bilba gets a company of Dwarves - complete with their obnoxious leader who MIGHT be vaguely attractive if he ever stopped ruining it by opening his mouth. Clearly the only possible explanation is somewhere, in a past life, she must have done something truly AWFUL to deserve this.Complete
