Settling for deception

Ivory gave up everything for her husband, only to be left alone in a cold empty house. Waiting for him to return. He leaves for months on end only to return for a couple of days, where he goes off to she has no clue. She's too young and foolish and blinded by love to realize he is never there and to realize she truly knows nothing about him. She craves his attention and touch, both things he isn't willing to give her.
