When Alana's boyfriend Michael is brought to the emergency room after a freak accident, she must rush over to see if he is okay. What she doesn't know is that the hospital is rapidly being infected by a virus that turns the patients into cannibals. Alana must reach the 13th floor, the critical condition wing, and save Michael before it spreads throughout the whole hospital.
