Asme has always been Asme. Not bullied. Just Asme. Not insulted. Just Asme. Not crazy smart. Just Asme. She wasnt much, plain olive skin, shiny brown hair. I mean, of course she looked exhausted. She stayed up all night doing her own thing, trying to piece together her life with the only thing she had, Lolamen. Lolamen was an online game in which you could do really anything you wanted. putting together simple quests if you got bored, an open socialization. When Asme was on Lolamen, she became Asferen. There were races such as Lefez, like elves but a pale green with leaves that looked like feathers around ears and eyes. Amelai, fairy like creatures that seemed to shine under the sun. Asferen was a Feran. closest relative to the Lefez. but ferns instead of leaves and actual wings. Asme could go on and on. nobody asked at school why she looked like shit, and she never said anything about it. teachers can go on and on about getting sleep but spending time as Asferen, a being that existed more than Asme herself, was a thousand times better than closing your eyes and reaching for something youll never find, a dream becoming reality.
