After going blind by a severe accident when she was young, Cecilia Duke would forever be ever haunted by the darkness that she would forever see. So, when encouraged by her teacher, she began to keep a recorded diary of her life living in the darkness. Showing how there is always light when there is darkness but always darkness where there is light. Her diary has now been translated to the written page by her sister Mazie, where we finally get to entail what life was really like for this extraordinary girl.
