The gods of Rome are burning away. Something is destroying the Roman aspects of the Olympian gods, and the demigods of Camps Half-Blood and Jupiter are mystified. But then, Jupiter calls a Council of Heroes and Gods, where they learn Neptune has been burned away. But in the wake of his fall, Jupiter discovers his secret stash of unborn demigods, made from some of the weirdest combinations of godly parents.
