Ang buhay ay napaka-fair...to be unfair. Kung anong meron ka siguradong meron sila na wala ka.

Walang maalala  si Jake ng magising siya sa mahabang pagkakacoma dahil sa car accident. Ang dating talento sa music ay nawala rin at napalitan ng interest sa medicine.

Sa school na pinapasukan nakabangga niya ang mataray na si Kylene na classmate niya sa ilang subject sa kursong kinuha niya.

Nung una iniiwasan ng binatang di magkrus ang landas nila ni Kylene ngunit dahil sa isang insidenti kung saan iniligtas niya ang dalaga sa pagkakalunod ngunit imbis na pasalamatan ay lalo pa itong nagalit sa kanya.

Hindi man maipaliwanag ni Jake ang nararamdaman ngunit naintriga siya sa dalaga at inalam ang background nito. Doon niya na diskubreng dati itong napasok sa mental dahil sa nervous breakdown at pagiging suceidal nito.

Lalo pang naintriga ang binata dahil sa tuwing nakakasama niya ang dalaga inaatake siya ng subrang pananakit ng ulo kasabay ng pagflashback ng mga alaalang kasama ang dalaga.

Ni minsan hindi naging bahagi si Kylene ng nakaraan ni Jake ngunit bakit minumulto ang binata ng mga alaalang kasama niya ang dalaga?
