Cainophobia

They are all quizzed by type of fear at age sixteen. When your fear is identified you live in a world full of knowledge, or so they tell you. You get moved to a society that has a mixture of fears put under three different societies; Shabby, Stable, and Unstable. You lose everything if you are moved into a new society, and there is no way to move between these societies… Or is there? Meet CeCe, she is full of energy, and surprisingly, smarts. This causes everyone to think of her as not Unstable, but Stable. Nobody would've guessed of CeCe to have any fear for they could never find it in an ordinary day in the Unstable Society. Though, it may be silent and deadly. Will her walls come crashing down as she reaches the age of sixteen, or will there be some sort of deal? That is, a deal made in the Third World, one that is unknown to all.
