Dan and Phil never thought much of the gems that were apart of their skin. They knew they were a bit odd to have, considering none of their friends had them, but beyond that they didn't think too much about them. That is till they meet a girl named Connie and she opens up the world of the Crystal Gems for the both of them. Now Dan and Phil have to chose to either join the Gems and learn a past they never knew, or try and live separated from the new world they have been brought into.
