These five teens were brought together by the Autobot-Decepticon conflict that still raged on, even after Cybertron went dark. Team Prime faces more challenges than ever, with the evil Decepticons watching and fighting them at every turn, forcing the team to take risks they never had to before. As more and more lives are at stake, Team Prime must rely on each other to win the war, or else all is lost.

Alias is an unusual girl. She doesn't remember who she was when she was younger, her first memory was as a 6 year old, stumbling through the woods into an old abandoned barn, wounded and weak. This is where she meets the equally confused Cybertronian, who she named Nickname. As they grow up and learn about the world around them, they realize that the world is a horrible place. And while Nickname has the Decepticons chasing him, Alias has a group of human sized metal warriors that seem endless and relentless chasing her.
