The sequel to 'Scars Don't Heal - Transformers Prime'.
Amanda Beckett had changed. She became a leader, a friend, and something she never imagined.
Jack Darby knew where he belonged. Only beside the Autobots did he find his purpose.
Miko Nakadai found her place. Alongside friends and allies, she knew what she had to do.
Rafael Esquivel was himself. He finally had somewhere where he could do what he's best at.
Finn Ryen stood by his allies. He had his job, but this was all becoming something more.
These five teens were brought together by the Autobot-Decepticon conflict that still raged on, even after Cybertron went dark. They know they're in danger and what their involvement means to their safety, but none can stop because the world needs them. Team Prime faces more challenges than ever, with the evil Decepticons watching and fighting them at every turn, forcing the team to take risks they never had to before. As more and more lives are at stake, Team Prime must rely on each other to win the war, or else all is lost.

Transformers Prime - Heroes of Earth!
{Based of Transformers Prime AND Follows the cartoon!} Cassandra 'Cassie' Jones grew up with Jackson 'Jack' Darby. Growing up she was pretty much one of the guys even though she had the looks that definitely screamed girly girl. As the two got into high school, Cassie became the second most popular girl in school because of her beautiful looks as well as the fact that she was a genius. But she didn't care about being popular, all she wanted was to get her feelings reciprocated by her best friend, Jack Darby. One day after school, while waiting for Jack to get off work, Cassie encounters the beautiful motorcycle Arcee, which gets Jack to notice as well. Jack climbs aboard and while goofing off with him, Cassie does too. It is then that they are thrust into the war of two worlds - Earth and Cybertron. Though teamed up with Ratchet due to her genius mind, she mainly goes on missions with Jack and Arcee which brings them a lot closer than ever before. Follow their adventures as they work with the Autobots to save Earth and Cybertron from Megatron and his Decepticon's evil rule.
Hidden Spark on Earth (TFP)
A terrified girl finds herself mixed up with three other children in a war that had somehow reached to them. Unlike the other children, she did not have a home to go back to. Scars like hers run too deep and she does not know what worth she could even give to the transformers who have now become her guardians to protect her from decepticons. Her near constant presence in their base seems to be a bother to the transformers, she can tell even if they do not say it out loud to her. The girl is not a fool. However, when they realize just how deep her pain truly was and how far she is willing to end it, Optimus is unwilling to give up on her. She does not understand his reasons, they slowly become clear. And when she finally runs in with Optimus's arch enemy, she finds herself eyeing off a certain decepticon leader in a way that she should not have. And she did not know why. Megatron himself feels he simply had taken something so precious from Prime, and enjoys watching the autobot panic in trying to find her. But, the girl began to confuse his spark. Alias is an unusual girl. She doesn't remember who she was when she was younger, her first memory was as a 6 year old, stumbling through the woods into an old abandoned barn, wounded and weak. This is where she meets the equally confused Cybertronian, who she named Nickname. As they grow up and learn about the world around them, they realize that the world is a horrible place. And while Nickname has the Decepticons chasing him, Alias has a group of human sized metal warriors that seem endless and relentless chasing her. (Later revealed by Ratchet as power hunters from early Cybertron.) Oh, and did she mention her metal wings? No, oh well... Once they meet the Autobots though, they seem to have found their peace, until they decide to help the Autobots of course. I mean, after Alias tries to kill them. Megatron isn't a very nice fellow per usual, and he had already stumbled upon the bounty hunters chasing Alias and claimed himself their lord and master.Zakończone

Sometimes, Fate decides to barge into your life and mess everything up. Sometimes it messes things up in the best possible way. After Jack, Miko and Raf are turned into sparklings, the Autobots must take care of them as they search for a cure. Unfortunately, the Decepticons know about them, and some don't plan on letting the last sparklings live. And when the trio loses their memories, everything gets a little harder.
