The Shadow Spirit

Everyone has struggled with pain internally and externally. Superfically society sees pain as a bad thing. I believe that pain guides us to what is true and untrue. It teaches us and shows us our true self. It uncovers the light that we may have taken for granted in the past. This book is about a journey through the Shadow self and sheds my truth in times of crisis.
