Chanyeol + Baekhyun: a high school au 
    
    ~ It was football season. Everyone was getting ready for homecoming and halloween parties. Everyone, that is, besides Chanyeol. He didn't like October, Halloween, or football. Basically, he did not enjoy anything about this time of year. His friends called him inhuman for not liking Halloween, which to many meant: parties, slutty costumes, and too many sweets. But Chanyeol had his reasons. He kept his head down and in the books; hardly ever left his study, except to go outside in the acreage his father owned and play his beat up guitar. It was a gift from a woman he once loved and it brought him too much grief to play in public or in his home. 
    
    Baekhyun is within the eye of the storm; classmates buzzing around him, begging for an invite to his halloween party; the party he held in his parent's home annually. He was the life of the party and everyone, everyone, loved him for it. He was part of the football team and was cherished by his peers as one of the coolest guys in school. But he's got a secret of his own... a secret that NO one can ever know. 
    
    He keeps a stash of makeup in his bedroom. 
    
    He studies magazines and pictures; perfecting every look. Things no jock should ever do. He'd be ridiculed and humiliated publicly if anyone ever found out.
    
    Maybe there's more than one reason why Chanyeol should never have gone to his Halloween party.
