This is about a girl named Shina Haruai she was Karma Akabane's childhood friend... but the Shina he knew was all in the past.
Shina and Karma used to engage in combat every time they see each other in the past which became quite serious it even got to the point where in one of them would get hospitalized every other day.
When they entered Elementary school Shina had to move to a different country and because of that Akabane and Haruai lost contact with each other, and for the last couple years they hadn't heard a thing from each other.
Now that Shina is back, what will happen to the left alone relationship of the two? And what happens when she finally feels welcomed to Class E by certain classmates?

And then ta~da! In class 3-E the next year! Class 3-E was just the thing the h/c girl needed- some excitement! Killing her very own teacher and the very ma- octopus that destroyed 70% of the Moon! But unlike her, the girl's parents are not so eager about this sudden drop. Her first day begins with some familiar faces but to her disappointment, no Cherry. 'He has good grades after all, why would he be in class E?' On the third day it so happens that the red haired male was joining class 3-E!
