Stalker
I decided to walk over to my best friend's house, and once I got closer her driveway, I could see the door was left ajar. Rita probably left it open for me, I thought, while shaking my head disapprovingly. Then as I entered the door, my mouth open to announce my presence, I was hit by an odor indescribable, but deep down I knew what it was. Anyone could definitely recognize the smell. At first I hesitated with my food hovering over the the threshold. Then I took a deep breath and swallowed it; finally I walked forward as cold fear chilled my heart and the contents of my stomach rose to my throat... Have you ever had the feeling that you were being watched? Maybe while you were alone or after watching a scary movie? How about all the time: in school, walking around the neighborhood, in your room, or in the dark? Lately, Shayla has been having these same feelings of being watched. Little did she know it was true until a strange boy began showing up, until strange events began happening, until her loved ones became a target, until it was too late.Complete
Blood and Clay (A Mister Morgue Fan-Fiction)
Morgue, shock artist at the Venice Beach Freakshow, never expected to be loved. When a girl with the uncanny ability to imitate people's voices joins the Freakshow, he finds she's the only one he can trust with his heart. Update: I literally wrote this when I was 14 and was really proud of it back then, so I'm not taking it down to support 14 year old me, but that's what you're getting yourself into. Yet another update: I'm 21 now and looking back on this I probably definitely should have been grounded from the internet for writing this story lmfao.Complete
reminisce.
For the first ten years of my life I always imagined myself a princess. I always saw myself being an amazing, and beautiful person. Everyone saw me as a loving girl who just wanted happiness for everyone and only wanted to see people smile. Until the eleventh grade, when my crush Rayan Lopez called me ugly. I adored that boy with everything, since 7th grade, and that was the day.... I realized I wasn't a princess after all. It's amazing how quickly someone can defeat your dream with the utterance of one word. Whoever said words don't hurt, must have never experienced this. Twenty years later, I cringe whenever I hear it and am immediately brought back to that rainy afternoon when the love for myself diminished. That's why when I opened up my mail and found an invitation to my high school reunion... I nearly passed out.Complete
Catastrophically Carla (Lesbian Story)
Ages 14+ (lesbian concepts and some profanity) This is not your everyday love story, okay? It's not a chick flick either. The events and themes within my pages have meaning, depth, truth-and most of all, reality. You are about to be taken on an adventure about a girl who's life is not like everybody else's. I look like a normal teen girl, I mean, I have hair and two eyes and two hands and feet like everybody else, but I couldn't feel more different. I have two moms, yes. Let's just get that out there before you start reading and close my diary like everyone in my life has shut me out of theirs. All I want is a normal life with normal friends who don't judge me because of my home situation. I don't even remember the last time I went on a sleepover or called somebody my age. I don't mean to be a downer, because it does get better. Life gets better. Struggles are only temporary, I know that now. And by my last words reach your eyes, I've come a long way, and have grown to see potential in myself. I'm sharing this with you because I want to make a difference. I know now that I'm not the only one in the world that feels alone. I've been there, done that, and there's more loneliness to come, but for now, I feel more prepared for it. I know how it feels to sit by yourself at lunch every day and how it feels to watch others go to prom with dates and feel like shit because you don't think you'd even have any friends to go with. Please ready my diary. I am much older now, and much more wiser, and I can't wait for you to realize the potential in yourself, too.Complete
