"Promise me?" I asked looking up, still holding onto him. He looked down at me and I saw his eyes go soft. He brushed a hair out of my face and planted a small kiss on my forehead. I could feel the love yet again the sadness in just that simple kiss. "Promise you what?" He replied. "Just promise me that you won't leave. That you'll stay with me." I begged.
