Each child was cured, but was given power that matched 1/3 of a God's power. Omnipotent wielded the power of a God. Omniscient wielded the flowing knowledge of a God. Omnipresent was in flux between spaces that of a God. After leaving the lab, each of them separated to live their lives until they reunited because of the doctor to carry out one last purpose, to prevent the end of the world by whom they thought had died because of the cure. A power like his was capable of taking all the power to become a whole God and shape the world to his will.
