When a portal between two dimensions is opened, Oliver, under command of Luciano, is tasked with traveling to this 'other world' to befriend his first player as a way to secretly smuggle the others across so they can finally achieve their goal: World domination. However, over time things begin to change for the strawberry blonde. Tables are turned and feelings are developed that put Arthur, the other nations, and himself in danger
