R.O.Y.G.B.I.V. Composed of representatives of the rainbow itself. The highest level of fairy hierarchy. The ancient fairy council that has governed and protected the fairy civilization for centuries. It is said that the members are some of the wisest and strongest fairies of their time.

"GUYS! I just remembered, we have a concert tonight in the human world!!" Oranssi exclaimed.
"Oh shoot! I forgot about that!" Puna screeched.

"What are we going to do?!"
"I totally forgot about this! I don't even know if I have time to prepare!"
"We've only got a few more hours, how are we going to pull this off?!"
Number one rule: Never let fairies into the human realm when they're bored.
