I felt the wind swirling through my hair like a feather in a hurricane and my back slightly bending into two-point form. I took a deep breathe in, then released it out. The smell thick, like blood. The reins in my hands moving up and down as if connected to my elbows. I lift my head up, then open my eyes slowly, as if after a long nap.

His lips jerked up into a lopsided sneer as his hand snapped back to his side. The sudden movement left my back cold, as if his palm had been a source of warmth. "You've got to be kidding me!" His tone dripped with disgust. My eyes turned to questioning as I looked back up into his eyes. I brought my hand up to rub my nose, squinting at the slight pain. "What the hell." He grumbled.
