Every year, all packs we're gathered for the so called 'finding-the-chosen-one' where every male alphas and male werewolves were given a chance to choose their mate.

Yes you read it. Choose. They believe in no Moon Goddess but rather they choose to believe that they we're a curse. And true to their beliefs, there were no mates.
