I looked down towards our feet, I couldn't look him in his eyes that were full of emotions while I tried to control my own emotions, "If you could read my mind you'd be in tears."
He grabs my face with his large hand to bring my face back up to look at his own, my eyes threatening to show him all of my raw emotions, "I'm okay with that, just let me in. Let me save you."

Stella Price for the past almost two years, since a terrible event took place, has closed herself off from others and emotions that threaten to make her weak and vulnerable. Her only wish is to start off her new life in college with her close friends and escape her dark past.
