Nuclear war just ended in the year of 2038. Your average 16-year-old boy, Liam lives in the Dome controlled by the government and a President. Scientists just developed a cure for aging. If one qualifies for the cure two others must die to keep the population in tack. Don't worry it is very humane and all. The victims' family gets a huge paycheck of one million dollars, that is if they volunteer. Liam's older brother Luke runs to the Outside in seek of a better life taking the risk of in countering Ravages and wild beasts. With no trace of where Luke went, Liam and his friends must go on a dangerous adventure into the Outside to find Luke and escape from the Government. Dare to join them on their unforgettable journey?
