What if a tribe was run by perfection? Where failure is no option. That one mistake could end a life. Positions are won by strengths and there are no such things as flaws. Take every mistake, tripping, falling, failing, and erase it all. In this world, there's perfection. Nothing bad ever happens -  after all, perfection means flawless. Being perfect is the only way to live and falling short of that expectation is unforgivable.

That is Citrus' world. There's no betrayal, no heartache, no mistakes, no sickness, no deaths, and no unnecessary battles that force her to choose sides. All that's waiting for her is the bright sun, shining its golden beams onto her. Home to all perfect cats: the Tribe of Shining Suns. A shining, dark world where the perfect roam.

But what happens to those who don't shine? As long as there is a sun, there are always shadows. Citrus has always thought of herself as a proud cat and wrinkles her nose at the sound of Imperfects; cats that suffer and starve in the shadows. Those cats stumble and fail yet try to spread their seeds in fresh soil, lingering around the world like an ongoing sickness. These disgraceful beings continue to rise no matter how much the sun burns them, stirring chaos in her perfect world. Like any infection, she knows her life will be better when the disgusting ticks are out of her fur.

All she has to do is slaughter her way through in order to achieve perfection, but fighting this disease may risk her own life and worst of all - imperfection.

Pounceheart is always treating him like some helpless kit and he worries he'll never be able to complete his warrior assessment. Being a healer who suffers from severe anxiety isn't easy, but Twitchpaw knows as long as her mentor is there, she can get through it. But as tensions rise between FlameClan and CliffClan, she's worried about the future ahead of them.
