Glory and Deathbringer go on a journey to the nightwing island to look for anything that remains on the island when the portal from the island to the rainforest suddenly collapses! After everything that they've been through they now have to deal with a mysterious kidnapper!

There is an assassin out to get Glory, and according to Moon, it ends up killing her and Deathbringer as well, so Glory goes into hiding, tricking everyone in the tribe, including Deathbringer into thinking she is dead, so the assassin will leave Glory's friends and scarce family alone. But to fulfill the trickery, she had to let the married couple Moon and Qibli, as well as Turtle, Kinkajou, and Sunny in on her plan. They are all very good liars, but the question is: Can Glory keep her identity a secret? And if she accidentally reveals, what will become of the future?
