Toby  Is 9 years old and grows up in a abusive household as then he decided to visit the new town he just moved to, as then he ran into a man named Jay Merrick, he was suspicious of the man and followed him...when Jay sat his camera down Toby got a hold of it and ran home with it...turned out he accidentally left it on when he was beat by his parent...when Jay found the boy and retrieved  the camera..it revealed something truly heart Breaking.
