Two cats in a post apocalyptic setting:
They roam for a long while, desperate to get away from the toxic lands they woke up in. Nearly starved to death, the two scrawny cats stumble across a civilization, which is refugee to many other animals and is owned by "the mayor". The cats are placed in the lowest ranks, and have to find a way to prove themselves worthy of higher ranks.
