Spade: Reacoll

A dangerous virus spreads in a continent in the world, killing billions. Political conflicts and wars were only the initial problems in the continent until the plague. The pathogen remains unidentified as it left nothing but destruction and ruin in its wake.

There is a massive maze-like structure, the Obsidian Labyrinth, which is a place where magical horrors lurk and within it is a safe haven where a small community of people thrive and protect themselves. The story follows the discoveries of Mark and John, two stepbrothers who are fighting for survival by solving mysteries and unidentifiable incursions from both outside and inside the labyrinth.

Soon, a war occurs between two strange species, the first one are the Irrishians, a race of humanoids with avian traits and the second are the Zomlers, a race of strange, eldritch creatures.

-Main Characters-

Markham "Mark" Maurice - A hunter that was cast out of the Obsidian Labyrinth and currently lives as a scavenger and investigator for hire.

Johnson "John" Maurice - Considered the future champion of the Taslig settlers against the Irrishians, John, along with Markham, are foster children of Peter.

Victor Charles Robertson - A contemptuous businessman that leads a company called "Eclipse Guild".

Peter Douglas Maurice - The foster father of John and Markham and a powerful war veteran revered by the Taslig settlers.

Edward Mascoria - A flamboyant Irrishian nobleman that has secret trade connections with the notorious Hollow King.

Hollow King - A tyrannical monarch of unknown origins, bearing the title "Terror of the North".
