Valaska: A Psychopathic Love Affair

Iris Kean, was the distant and very peculiar younger sister of Barbra Kean. Though her sister was a well known name of the city of Gotham, for Iris it wasn't that simple for her to be around others. You see Iris suffered from a mental disorder known as schizophrenia and a multiple personality disorder. Her whole life she was shunned and poked and prodded with electric shock therapy until the Keans couldn't handle her anymore and one day just never came back to pick her up from treatment. With nothing to bind her to anyone and with no obvious explanation left she was forced to live the remainder of her childhood in the Arkham Asylum. With no memory of who her mother of father was and a vague memory of an estranged older sister she had to make the best of her life inside the walls of the asylum until her eighteenth birthday when she would finally be released as long as she was no harm to herself and others anymore. She made friends inside of course, some crazier than she was but that didn't matter cause as sad as she was to be locked away she finally felt as if she belonged somewhere. Now years later, her mental illness is a distant memory as is her time at Arkham until an unlikely stranger triggered her memory and now she is stuck with the choice to leave a semi nice life with Bruce Wayne or let the mad man himself Jerome her long lost friend and bound by vicarious memories and passionate thoughts take over and take down Gotham city in its path.
