17 year old Sophie Ann has lost it all. Her mother died of cancer when she was 5 and her father and her 3 year older sister died in a car crash when she was 9. She was bullied by the other kids at the orphanage she lived at for three years, and it didn’t get any better when she, at the age of 12, was adopted by Samantha Martinez, the wicked witch herself. Samantha and her two daughters, Melody and Carmen, are even meaner to her and treat her like a maid. She has only one friend, and he is the best friend she could ever ask for, the proud homosexual Julian.

She nearly lives a life like Cinderella, only one thing is missing; a prince. Sophie Ann has never been in love and no one has ever found interest in her.
