Pure Imagination-Soulmate AU

Original story that I've been making in my free time. It won't get anything more than fluffy, and it'll be quite a while before that happens.
FUN FACT: This started out as a project for school, because once every week or so we get an image or prompt to write a three paragraph story off of. The prompt was something close to "you find a key to another world" and I thought 'what if it was a world full of things from your imagination?' (I had just watched Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory lol) and now we're here.
