I have never felt close to death more than i'm feeling right now . My palms are sweating, my hands are shaking , and i can hear my heartbeat bounding loudly . Its like ,it was about to burst out of my chest . I was terrified , but for some reason i sat calmly . I looked at the wolf ahead of me, pierced through his red predator eyes. It also brought two of his friends with him. After all , they see three people , and three is a good number for food. They would probably have the kids as a snack , and i would be the main course . Even though I'm a small person, I'm better than nothing . My hands sealed around the kids behind me who were crying for their lives. I felt helpless and hopeless but I'm not going without a fight. I grabbed my knife from my bag and held it tightly .
I called him inside but i knew he wouldn't come. I cried loudly with his name but he still didn't come . We're not worthy enough for him to stay . He was long gone . Gone for good , and it's time for us to leave too.

The corner of his mouth tilts upward slightly. I smile again. A smile!? A tiny one, but still. "Hm. So I got you to smile, that's progress, yeah? Can I get your name now?" I ask, swinging my feel a little. He shakes his head shyly, his mouth not moving at all. Geez! Why do I want to hear this dude talk so much? "Okay, that's fine. I can give you a nickname." He shakes his head immediately, frowning. "What, why not? You remind me of my old teddy bear. He was a good listener and he didn't talk much..... just like you." I say softly, tilting my head. He continues to shake his head. I fold my arms, leaning back in my seat. "Yeah, it's definitely sticking. Teddy.....It has a nice ring to it, yeah?" The scent of the short teen used to have was gone, replaced with the putrid smell of death and rot that covered the whole room and the killer himself. Blood smudged all over the teen and onto the older man as he attempted to escape. He got hungry and tired. He just wanted to eat and then sleep.
